1. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing or using MarketHub-Jo, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and all applicable Jordanian laws. If you do not agree, refrain from using the Platform. 

 

2. Eligibility 

- Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase or sell on the Platform. 

- Businesses must provide valid registration documents to operate stores. 

- Delivery addresses must be within Jordan; international shipping is currently unavailable. 

 

3. Account Registration

- Provide accurate, current information (e.g., name, contact details, payment methods). 

- You are responsible for account security and all activities under your account. 

- MarketHub-Jo reserves the right to suspend accounts with fraudulent or incomplete data. 

 

4. Product Listings & Purchases 

Sellers must: 

  - Accurately describe items (including defects) and maintain stock availability. 

  - Honor prices displayed at the time of purchase; errors may result in order cancellation. 

Buyers acknowledge: 

  - Product colors/sizes may vary slightly due to screen settings. 

  - Promotions on the Platform may differ from physical stores (e.g., Mecca Mall, Taj Mall). 

 

5. Payment & Fees

- Accepted Methods: Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, bank transfers. 

- Fees: 

  - Delivery fees range from *2 JOD* to *4 JOD*. 

- Installment plans are subject to *bank terms*; MarketHub-Jo is not liable for bank fees. 

 

6. Delivery & Returns 

 Delivery: 

  - Estimated timelines provided; delays may occur due to logistics. 

  - Recipients must be present at delivery addresses for verification. 

Returns: 

  - Items must be unused, in original packaging, with a valid receipt. 

  - Refunds processed within 3 business days; bank delays may apply. 

7. Dispute Resolution

- Buyer-seller disputes (e.g., item quality, non-delivery) must be reported within *7 days* via the Platform. 

- MarketHub-Jo may mediate but is not liable for third-party seller actions. 

 

8. Intellectual Property 

- Sellers guarantee they own or license all content (images, descriptions) uploaded. 

- Unauthorized use of logos/brands is prohibited. 

 

9. Limitations of Liability 

- MarketHub-Jo is not responsible for: 

  - Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits). 

  - Errors in product availability due to system glitches. 

  - Seller misconduct

 

10. Modifications 

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Review the Platform before each transaction.
